In an effort to improve our service to the Red Cross and Red Cross Chapters, we have upgraded our website and expanded our customer service staff. There are a few new features that include allowing you to view your current and historical orders, manage your own password, and the ability for multiple chapter members to order with their own e-mail address.
How do I Login?
Email: Please use the e-mail address of the person who normally orders from your chapter. If your chapter needs multiple login e-mails, please setup each Email as a new user.
Password: Please use the password that your chapter has used previously. If you do not know your chapters password, please click forgot your password enter the chapter email and a password reset email will be sent to that email address. Or call 800-258-4696 so that customer service can reset your password.

How do I register as (apply to be) a new customer?
If you have not ordered from us previously, please call 800-258-4696 or e-mail us with your name, billing address, e-mail and phone number. If approved, a confirmation e-mail and password will be sent to you as soon as possible.
If you have ordered from Genuine First Aid or Genuine First Aid RC previously, please follow instructions under "How do I login?".
How do I add a new contact for my chapter?
Please call 800-258-4696 or e-mail us with the contacts name, billing address, e-mail and phone number. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours.
